The new 1000 ton injection-moulding machine joins the family of Engel machines already on site. The new 1000 ton machine features the new eco-drive system which is energy-efficient. It is designed to only use energy during the production phase and remains idle during the cooling time and other cycle times. The new Engel will be used for production of the growing portfolio of rigid returnable containers.

The MAAC 4 station rotary vacuum forming machine has a preheat oven and an automatic sheet loader to allow for faster cycle time. The machine also has a 1270 x 1575 mm sheet capability. This additional machine increase capacity and efficiency to produce tray and custom dunnage for the automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics and other industries in a timely and cost effective manner.
